Jeanette C. Malling died on July 15, 2010 at the age of 92 surrounded by the love of her family. Survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Edward; son, James; daughter, Janice; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and her brother, John. Jeanette was a longtime faithful hospital volunteer, including 35 years of volunteering at Mercy Fairfield. She truly understood the phrase “a stranger is just a friend you haven’t met yet”. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
