Hayden Lee Vizedom Age 19, of Trenton, Ohio died June 30, 2010 in Cincinnati. He was born September 19, 1990 in Cincinnati. He attended the Edgewood City Schools. He is survived by his mother, Becky Smith and step-father Craig of Wayne Township; his father, Steve Vizedom of Camden; a sister Mackenzie Vizedom; a twin brother, Tyler Vizedom; grandparents, Rudy and Edith Pate of Trenton and Doug and Ginger Vizedom of Hamilton and many other loving relatives. We wish to recognize the many years of special care given to Hayden from Doctors Ron Levin, Douglas Kinnett, their staffs, and the many other doctors and nurses of Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Cincinnati involved in his care. Also, a special thank you for the loving care provided by Hayden’s home care nurses. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 NW Washington Blvd., Hamilton, Ohio with Pastor Simon Fussnecker officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
