Helen Tipton, age 86, of Hamilton, died Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 7:56 p.m. in Hawthorn Glen Nursing Center. She was born in Hamilton on May 7, 1923 the daughter of Guy R. and Lillybelle (Fath) Eads. She married Herbert A. Tipton on February 25, 1942 in Covington, Kentucky and he preceded her in death. She was a member of Franklin Street Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Rev. Phillip A. Tipton of Fairfield; her daughter, Janet A. Hudson of Hamilton; a sister, Guyalaenne Pargin of Middletown; four grandchildren, Kenneth Daniel Hudson, Tami Witt, Gail Covey and husband, Adam and Lynn Boutwell; three great grandchildren, Layla, Larrisa, and Russell.
